Here is the first way, have you ever felt anxious or really sad? Probably yes, but simply by being in nature can help you. With the relaxing sights, familiar sounds and sometimes pleasant smells. Often this little trick can help calm you. If you have a garden you can visit that too! As well as making you relaxed, plants can make lots of medicine. Though please do not eat any plants other fruits and vegetables. Through plants all sorts of medication can be made to help people heal. Hope to see you soon!
